Groups are powerful because the potential for healing and change is larger. Why? because they involve a larger group of people who are committed to themselves and who are willing to witness each other as they are and as they are becoming. 

Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy series are based around the themes of transformation, using them as a lens for self-study in movement and meditation and integrated into life experiences. The slow progression inward allows for the cultivation of sustainable change that is aligned with your values.

Groups provide an opportunity to explore and to decide your personal path and any changes that need to be made in order to live even more fully. You'll learn tools and discern when you want to use them. You get full ownership of your shifts and changes.

an 8-wk yoga therapy series

Journey inward to discover your personal alignment and to create a life that aligns with your truth.


This series has the potential to change your approach to life as long as you are willing to be curious. While your experience is facilitated, shared, and witnessed, it is also your unique experience and your choice of action that create this deeper alignment. 

This series consists of an individual intake and outtake, 7 2-hr sessions, and a half-day retreat.

 a 6-wk yoga therapy series for womxn

If you're always looking for the next thing....

If you've done everything right and yet, something is missing...

If you're experiencing changes in significant relationships...

If you're just trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot...


This series is designed for womxn to move, explore, support, and grow together. Through guided movement, meditation, connection, and reflection, we'll explore the themes of transformation with the opportunity to share your unique experience and perspective within the group. We'll integrate these insights into action steps that create sustainable changes in our day-to-day lives. This is an opportunity to gain clarity and realize your power to live fulfilled.
